They appear on EBAY quite often. Deere dealer SHOULD be able to get them still.

Go to the Yetter website and download theirs. It has pictures of John Deere 71 planters in the manual. Yetter bought the design from Deere and now manufactures it.

I just did that this morning. The Deere owners manual is a little more informative, but the Yetter manual covers 90% of the stuff. Ebay is a good place to find owners manual and PARTS manual which is equally as valuable. The exploded views are worth their weight in gold sometimes.
