What ever happened with the guy that bulldozed his own house cause he was be forclosed on?

I really doubt the property value would have increased 2.5 fold. After doing some research, I found photos of the vintage cars and went to Facepage to find a photo of 'the sister'.

I'd like to hear the whole story from both sides before I rush to judgement.
Anger like that may be rooted deeply in their "neighborly" relayionship. It may not be the first time his neighbor has shortchanged him, maybe just the last straw.

The old man grew up in a different world when your world revolved around your word. Probably wasn't the money amount nearly as much as the agreement might have meant. As far as paying "the balance on Friday when he got paid", that sounds TOO MUCH like the checks in the mail from a post action defendant and would anybody really admit that they failed to keep, or refused to keep up a bargain they made that resulted in setting the old man off?
Not saying it was right, but if somebody bought a trailer from you for xx dollars, used it to build that barn and addition and carry those elm trees and when you finally demanded the balance, they told you they weren't going to pay you and they just sold the trailer for twice the money, so you will never see it or the money again. People who plan and go out of their way to screw others are too much protected in this day and age, so maybe the old man needs a metal, or needs a metal plate for his head, we may never know, but it hopefully will make somebody think before not paying a debt or keeping their word.

That's the type of thing you may want to do when a number of us weren't home. I know if I was home and he tried doing this to me the amount of damage wouldn't have reached much more than $10k before I felt like he was trying to kill me and I was justified in ending the situation permanently.
