Tractor Sizing Man buying a tractor is no joke!

Good deal. When I was looking last year, they carried Branson and Mahindra. Needless to say, but I bought elsewhere. I saw that they stopped selling Mahindra and started selling LS around the 1st of this year. The salesman was very nice and talked with us for quite a while.

Its crazy how much backhoes cost. I could of purchased a much bigger tractor if I didn't need a BH for sure. However, I am really glad I did as there has been countless times the past 6 years where I was killing myself not having one for my current tractor. This is why it was a must have for the package.

It's crazy how I spent 100K on my C7 ZO and didn't blink and eye. But when it came to purchasing the tractor it has been nerve racking. I have to say literally up to the minute of paying for the tractor I was contemplating upgrading to a more HP tractor! Even though I know I don't need it, I definitely wanted it... I think it is funny how tractors are designed to make buyers upgrade for the creature comfort stuff.

Examples. If I wanted to have tilt steering wheel and arm rests on the seat, have to upgrade 1 level of tractor. If you want extra valves on the back, well you will need to upgrade for that as well. Why cant I purchase just a great seat as an upgrade to the tractor I am purchasing? Why can't I upgrade to the tilt steering wheel?

Needless to say, tomorrow is going to go real super slow. I probably wont get much sleep and on Thursday morning I will probably be up at 3 am anxiously waiting for Daddy's new Tool to come home.

xg3025 owner here. Love that little tractor. My only regret was not getting the backhoe when I bought it. I have worked my self up to 5' and 6' implements as go along. remember the tire width is 66". Show us all a picture of your new tractor when you can . Congrats

I got a kioti - armrest $64, rear valve $300...no need to get a bigger better tractor.
They offer an SE model that includes it all and then some..$3500 upcharge (and you get the tilt steering - would be nice for gettingon/off tractor)

Backhoe is a luxury item..useful, but not necessary. And it would be off more than on..PITA i'd think as much as anything. And it's not cheap on a kioti - $7500. But I guess they hold their value well as used tractors with hoe's are not cheap either.
