That was my first thought, scroll down, and you beat me to it.

I can't fully express how dumb I think that is... to put a child at such risk is just plain stupid. Sure, they likely got away with it, and likely could again. Doesn't make it safe, or right.

Once I start the saw to cut the notch, it doesn't stop till the tree is falling. And the kids are no where around when the saw starts. I'm d@mn sure not gonna stop so some dumb@$$ can stick their kid in there and take a picture.

Maybe it was Photoshoped. I can't imagine someone would actually do that, but I could see where it might be fun to Photoshop it to mess with the kid's mom or something.
