Make my own fourwheel drive gator

Just wanted to show what I have to my gator cx
I bought it new in 2011 I have had engine and trans problem the hole time. I tried to sell it nobody give any thing for it.
So I also have a 2001 Suzuki quadrunner 4x4 it runs perfect since day one. Can't drive I because makes hands hurt. So I was thinking put Suzuki running gear under the gator have best of both worlds
Here are some pic of progress
Had widen front 12 inches used gator rac n piñon
For steering. I have the motor in it now.
Everybody ask why I just the them why not.

Nice! How do you plan to make the steering work? That will probably be your biggest challenge. I've done this conversion to an EZGO Workhorse golf cart using a Yamaha Kodiak. Ended up selling it after it was finished to the operations manager of the NY Jets.

I've always like the look of the gator cs. I was wondering do they have rear suspension from the factory?

I have already worked the steering out I just took the rack n pinion and spliced it in. I cut the gator tie rods off and welded the atv ones on.
I had to widen front 12 inch's. All in all everything has worked out good. I did the front first so I could get ride height right.
For answer on cs suspension the cx has coil spring shocks cs is rigid. The rear end in those thing are a joke already broke gear inside it.

Yea I cut fill in with solid rod then sleeved. I had a old shaft to practice on first. On the back
I am going to buy some spacers for wheels. I have already drove it around with gator in back atv in front
It worked good no vibrations yet. This weekend going finish motor mounts connect front drive shaft.
