maintenance, 2nd hand skid steer

Hi just bought a Case 1840 97' mdl with 6000 hrs on it , it's my first one and dont know much about them and was wondering is there anything I should do or have a look at when I get it home, say grease bearings, oil, etc. Theres no leaks or anything like that, I want to do everything my self rather than send it to a dealer, also can you get a workshop manual for them like ive got for my motocross bike, and are there any web links or books with info on the motor, hydrolics, etc?
