Removed the two hoses that go from my tractor to the FEL controller to replace them. Took 3 weeks to have new ones made and by that time I forgot which hose went to which side of the controller. AND of course, I didn't label them. But I did take pictures which were accidentally deleted by another family member! The controller is a Nimco original to my MF 1433v. The side of the controller closest to the engine has an additional plugged port besides the open port. The other side just has the one open port.
From the tractor end- I have what I'll call a 4 port distribution valve- one port is connected to a solid pipe coming from the hydraulic pump on the side of the engine. One port comes off the back and goes to the rear of the tractor ( for 3pth?) via a solid pipe. And then there are 2 short hoses connected to the 2 remaining ports. These were what fed the FEL. They have quick connects on them and are currently connected together so my 3pth still works. Pics below I hope will help.
So the question is: Is there a way I can determine which hose goes to which port on the controller? I know I can just take a guess and hook them up and see if things work as they should. However, with my luck, I'd get them backwards and have to go thru the time and aggravation of switching them.
