When checking Tractorhouse, or any site for that matter, bear in mind that these are asking prices not necessarily what the tractor actually will sell for. Tractorhouse has a nice feature near the top of the page that says "View High and Low Average" this will show what tractors have sold for on Autiontime. That give a more realistic value.
