Mahindra warranty service and 2615hst

My 2615 Gear is out of warranty now. I never had to use the warranty. I had the loader bolts come loose before they sent out a recall/service notice on it but I caught that and fixed it myself. I had a hyrdraulic line come loose too but tightened that up myself.

Otherwise, with around 270 hours on it - it is doing fine.

One of the reasons I enjoy this site is the relative lack of poisoned politics, which unfortunately seems to dominate just about everywhere (on all sides of the political spectrum). I of course am not going to tell you what you can or cannot say. In fact I will defend to the death your right of free speech. But when I see your seemingly gratuitous tag line of "no hope," it definitely makes me less inclined to continue visiting this site.

So please, can we at least keep politics out of a discussion of tractors?

regards,
Matt, the radical moderate (and a registered non-partisan)

p.s., no warranty issues so far in my 85 hours on my 2615 HST. It continues to impress me every time I use it.

Somehow I guess I missed where the political discussion began before you brought it up. Near as I could tell the WHOLE thread was about the 2615. Back to our regularly scheduled programming....

I bought my 2615gear used last march w/250hrs on it, I now have about 300hrs on it and the only thing I have had to do was adjust the clutch and clean some corrosion around the battery and terminals.
I am really impressed with this tractor/loader.

Hi all,
I am getting very close to buying the 2615hst and would like to hear from other owners about their experience with this tractor, good and bad. Also would like to hear from any mahindra owner about the level of service for warranty issues. (i.e. <being told something is not covered> <problems that werent fiexed right> <or even being able to get warranty service at all> <and hopefully the bext service thay could hope for>

I am planning on buying this from Fairfield tractor and supply in columbia south carolina, so any experience with this dealer would be appreciated!

Thank you for your responses!
Ken Cunningham,
Mahindra, for me, jumped on the problem I had.;) I have a 6520 4WD with a Bradco/Mahindra 511 backhoe. The backhoe develped too much slop in the boom pivot around 40 hours. My dealer said Mahindra will stand behind it. My dealer took care of it at no cost to me. Mahindra's are true beasts.
hugs, Brandi
