Mahindra Warranty Question

I have a 3215 i bought may 2008 and the seat has cracked/weathered bad. Is this something i could expect warranty to take care of or not? the tractor has sit under a roof approx 80% of the time i have owned it..

Mahindra's warranty for the first year is Bumper to Bumper, so I would imagine they should take care of it.
