Buying Advice Mahindra; Three Strikes and Their Out...Almost

Never seen a pink Mahindra. Mine is almost as shiny red as the new painted light mount I bought and haven't put on yet.

Ha. Paint on plastic will fade to pink, not as much over metal. Least Mahindra used metal unlike others. Who in the would prefer plastic over metal? Quality over brand wins.

I won't buy a tractor with plastic fenders. Metal fenders make great places for tool boxes and fire extingushers. Not to mention standing on them from time to time as the need arrises.

few years in and i am most pleased i bought the mahindra and this particular model. I am also glad i did not get any other brand too. I would buy it again though i am old and probably this will be my last machine.

Those aren't made by mahindra, but a third party. Don't know if Mahindra supplies the paint or just the color code. My FEL faded quicker than the fenders, actually didn't fade, but oxidized.. FEL made by Ansung. Quick buff with some polishing compound brought the fenders back. Now I don't bother. Just wash and wax.

Loaders and backhoes built by KMW were powder coated. The tractors were painted. Evidently red powder coat doesn't like the sun.

I have a KMW loader made in 2007 and it is as red as the Mahindra 6520 it is attached to. Bad paint jobs or bad batches of paint happen. My 1977 Ford F100 first lost paint around the galvanized cowl panels, then the hood rusted. Go figure. Never heard of a pink Mahindra around these parts.

Mine oxidized pink, but only the parts that got all the Louisiana sun. The kind that can break down a 5 gallon lowes bucket in one summer.
