The feel of a machine is easier to adjust to than availability of parts and service, to which there is no adjusting. Testing each machine out is a valid point, but I'd still stick with a brand I can get local parts and support for over a layout variance that I can adjust myself to.
I thought by 2015 the T4 implementation was done. oldpilgrim is correct, if it is pre-tier4 then it is a Mitsu engine. If it is tier4 then it is the mCRD engine. Either are really good engines.
ok decision made missed out on Massey , drove to look at Mahindra 2hrs away, was all set to pull the trigger but found 2010 Mahindra 3535 , with M120 loader and a 485 backhoe with hydraulic thumb,300 hrs. Picked up today so far dug up 13 hedges and 2 stumps, this has shuttle shift and very happy as i started clearing land with briers and small brush put in 4x4 and just let her go lol ,im luving machine so far!! Thx for all the input . cost $19,700 Im very happy it has the thumb works great.
