I came home last night to find a hat from Mahindra in the mail,anyone else get one of these? I bought my 2516 in April.

Nope. But I did get a nice baseball cap from my dealer (Dave's Tractor in Red Bluff, CA) when I bought the Mahindra 5525 in 2008. It's my good cap, not the everyday one that gets dirty and greasy (get those from Walmart).

You can get them at Tractor Supply for less $$$. I wait until the caps with TSC branding on it goes on sale for 3-6 dollars.

I am surprised that every new tractor does not come with a hat. For the cost, the amount of brand recognition that would be achieved would far out way the expense. Here in the Fraser Valley I had not herd of Mahindra until We started looking for a new tractor and only became aware of them via the Internet. I have spotted 4 or 5 since in fields from the road as I have driven by. My friend (owns 2 tractors, father-in-law a farmer) stopped to look at them as he drove by a dealer in the interior. He had never herd of them either. I think that $10 hats to new owners would increase the brand awareness a great deal.

Most dealers do give you a hat when you buy a tractor. The hat talked about on this thread is a owner club hat, that is sent from Mahindra.

Boy yesterday I told Santa I really would like to receive that Mahindra owners club hat. Maybe in his travels he will find where they stored, or could convince someone to process all of our orders. (YES OF COURSE I BELIEVE IN SANTA)

Short kid I think believing in Santa is about the only way your gonna get a hat. I have about given up on believing in Mahindra. Pretty sure it has been several months since I was contacted by Mahindra and still no hat.

Maybe I'll write a letter to Santa I might have better luck.

Christmas is mostly supposed to be a lesson in giving. Maybe Santa wants you to give this Christmas. Besides, he already gave that other guy TWO hats...and another got a Tshirt...with his hat.

Maybe you are on the naughty list.

Never got a hat. Made two payments and about to make a third. Have lots of hats just not a Mahindra. Wife bought a used Chevy here at the dealership and I got a signed Jeff Gordon cap. Just sayin...

Bought my Mahindra in August. When it was delivered I got 2 hats. Neither one lasted very long. The strap on the back broke on both!

Bought a new 2320 John Deere this year.
6 hats so far.
Deere head quarters sent me a special edition owners hat and dealer has given me Five.
I like having different hats to wear so I'm ok with that.
Also
I sent in a photo to lincoln electric welder company of a project i made on the website project area.
They sent me 2 Lincoln Electric hats 2 weeks ago just for sending in the photo.
Small tokens of appreciation (Hats) earn future sales and good word of mouth comments.
Funny that buying 3 Stihl chainsaws, H.D. string trimmer, Backpack blower and handheld blower the dealer wouldn't give me a free hat?
