Mahindra EMax 20 S - Hydraulic Oil Fliter Stud Sheared Off

So the drive shaft from the belly mower disconnected while mowing and it snapped off the hydraulic oil filter with the threaded stud inside the filter. It appears this stud or "nipple" is machined into the face cover of the transmission. According to the Mahindra Parts Catalog this cover is called "Input Metal" part # 11612310010M. It has a proce but when try to order it says unservicable part and cannot be purchased. Does anyone know where I could get this part. My recourse is to remove the cover and drill out snapped thread post and try and machine in a new nipple. Open to any and all suggestions.
