Mahindra 6530 fuel filter sticking

Got a Mahindra 6530 with 200 hrs. Put new filter on . Still sticking. Drained tank,put in new fuel. Any suggestions. Runs fine for bout 30 mins the not getting fuel???

I know some if not all the 6000 series had a small metal screen in the bottom of the tank, you have to drain the tank and then remove the fitting in the bottom of the tank that holds the screen. I've cleaned a few that have stopped up.
