I changed the two fuel filters on a mahindra 6500. How do you get fuel into the system to start?

I dont have a 6500. The 7520 has a manual plunger pump next to the injector pump. You turn the round plunger knob ccw and pull the plunger outward. Pump until you feel resistance. Then push in and turn cw to lock plunger. Should start now.
