My Mahindra 5500 was running as if it had water in the fuel (it had done this before). So, I emptied the fuel tank and put in new fuel. Loosened one of the injectors and turn over engine to pump our air. But the fuel pump is not pumping fuel. I checked by using the hand fuel pump that comes on the tractor and fuel is getting to the the pump but not out of it.

There should be a screen in the fuel line before the pump. It will plug up with gunk.
