Not sure what year or how much warranty is left or if there is factory incentives/financing - I would think in the low to mid teens.

I believe it is a 2004 model. It was owned by a elderly gentleman and it was too much tractor. I'm pretty sure the warranty is out and there is no incentives. The guy is asking $13k for the tractor.

Certainly there may be rougher units out there for less money. You don't have a profile so not sure what you plan to do with it. A loader is a nice thing to have so that is the only detracting issue( a new loader would be 5200 to 5700 from Mahindra). Balance that with your use but my experience with my pretty well used 6000 was very good - primarily used for bush hogging and clearing scrub. Even adding a loader you are in the $18K range for a 20hr 60HP tractor/loader. Guys are paying a lot more than that for the compacts which this is more a utility size tractor.

Darn good price (new MSRP is $22,919). Loader is $5,215 (add $520 for skid steer QA front). You don't say what your potential uses are -- a 6000 4WD is definitely a ag tractor and not a CUT. Where in TN?

I own 27 acres. Some is pasture land, some has brush I need to clear out and burn. I am definitely getting a FEL. I have a small herd of cows so the tractor will be used for multiple things. I don't know the name of the city, but it is close to the TN/KY line.
