Prior to my cleaning out the fuel lines the RPM was 1000, afterwards it was 1700 but it still lost power. The idle/no load RPM was set at about 700 RPM. In 4th gear it starts out at about 2000 RPM but as you run it, it bogs down and continues to get less & less power no matter how much fuel you give it.

You also mentioned blue smoke earlier. Kinda black? is what happens when theres unburnt fuel. ... I believe the fuel injection timing is set too late. You should be able to advance it by rotating the injector pump in the appropriate direction. Doesnt take much movement to make a difference. I had to advance timing on the 7520 because it was cold stacking/loading up.

Im sorry I dont know your tractor. On the 7520 it is under the cowling near the front of the engine on the left side. It has throttle linkage going to it and metal tubing from it to the injectors in the head. Mine is held to the engine with 3 studs on the front and also has a bolted rest point on the rear. When all 4 points are loosened the pump can be rotated. I moved mine less tha 1/16 inch referenced from the witness mark on the mounting flange. I dont know which way would be advancing on yours. No problem if you go the wrong way. If it gets worse go the other way.
