Yanmar 220D
I have a 2011 Kubota L3200 HST and a Yanmar 220D . They both are relatively low hours, Kubota 270 and Yanmar 805. I got the Kubota only a few months ago to replace the Yanmar as I wanted a loader and power steering. Together they make the perfect compact tractor but I've not gotten comfortable with the height and wheel base width of the Kubota as my land has a number of hills. I love the loader and power steering and getting better with rating the HST transmission, initially found myself pushing the pedal to far and to fast causing tractor to stall or engine/rear end playing catch up.

I was looking to sell my Yanmar when local Mahindra dealer told me he'd take both the Yanmar and Kubota in on a new 2013 model 3616 with HST. Full 5 yr. warranty but he wants $3,500 plus the tractors, I've done some seat time on his lot and the Mahindra seems to have more power than the Kubota, but the terrain comparison is apples to oranges, so that's only my feeling compared to my limited flat areas and road in front of my house. I'm not sure this is a sound deal. Any thoughts welcome, just looking for more information to include in my thought process

Don't know if would be of any help with my experiences but no one gave me more for my 28 year old JD than the Mahindra dealer. Brand new i paid $9300 for the JD in 1985 and being the 750, was almost the clone of your Yanmar I believe.. The dealer took 3K off his tractor then showed me 7K for mine. For 10K out of pocket, I had a brand new 3016 gear. I think I got that deal because no one wants gears anymore. The 3616 with the same deal was 3K more and that was with last years pricing. I would think a 3616 HST today would list closer to 24K if I'm not too out of the ball park.

I priced a 3616HST w/ Cab back in Feb. and the best price I got was 30K. Really wanted him to come down a little to come closer to the LS XR3037HC price but he wouldn't budge. Not sure what a 3616HST w/o cab would run but I figure they get 4-5K for the cab.
