Price Check Mahindra 3016 price, is this a reasonable deal?

A local dealer is asking $16,450 for a new 3016 HST. Seem like a reasonable price?

The dealer is in southern Vermont.

Price will be higher in that region as shipping cost more to get them up there.
He is only $450 more than me.

I bit the bullet today and purchased a 3016 with rear mower deck. The dealer is welding some hooks on the bucket for free.
