Hello,
I just purchased the 3 cylinder diesel Mitsubishi and finally found the dipstick. Now I can't find the hole to put it in. Is it way behind the oil filter? There is a front end loader on it and I don't have the best view.
How do I fine this hole? Does the filter have to come off?

Poor design if you ask me.

Did you not find the dipstick by removing it from the hole (dipstick tube)? Search the general vicinity with a good flashlight. I had to remove the hood side panels to access mine, if yours is similar I would get them out of the way.

You apparently found and removed the dipstick without removing the oil filter. Reverse the process. If you remove the filter (which won't be in the way, anyhow) you'll also drain a substantial amount of oil negating any check you may have performed with the dipstick. If you think about it the loader is not part of the tractor, it's an accessory. I'm sure the dipstick was readily accessible before the loader was added. Now you need to figure the easiest way to access the dipstick with the loader in place.
