There is nothing externally attached to the overrun clutch.
The PTO lever will only slide a collar in/out of mesh with the other gears to engage/disengage the PTO.
I was trying hard to find a manual for that tractor, so I could see how the overrun clutch is setup.
Yes. Thanks. I would like to see something but the model was made only two years or so and it seems difficult to find anything. I did see a YouTube video with a guy adjusting that sleeve you mentioned that slides back and fourth to engage/disengage the pto. Watching that it can be see how it is possible that could be out of adjustment etc. I am not sure but would not moving the linkages affect how much that sleeve travels to engage the overrunning clutch.? When I saw the slow down in pto speed then I became more concerned. The only thing I got to put on the pto for load at the moment is a snowblower. I was going to get a post hole digger for an important job but now I am holding off until I can find out what this issue is. The pto was used very little on this tractor but I was suspecting within a year I would need it a lot.
