Mahindra 2615

I have a mahindra 2615 and the 3 point hitch won't raise. I just started doing this I have checked The knob under the seat and it isn't locked. I spoke with a tech and he said something about a plunger on the back left side of transmission? The tractor Is at my hunting lease so I don't have direct access at the moment. Any suggestions? I will try a new filter and oil when I return. I did check levels before I came back and they were all fine. Thanks in advance
