Is the fule on ? Perhaps the fule under the tank got shut off...seems like the easiest things get overlooked first. Just a thought

I don't know where you are located since your profile isn't filled in.

Did you run out of fuel recently and it now has an air pocket that needs to be bled out?

If you are in cold country, your glow plugs need to be working (they have battery voltage on them as long as the timer is on). This can be checked with a volt meter or even a 12V test light.

Also if in cold country check the fuel bowl to make sure fuel hasn't gelled.

Your air cleaner could be plugged.

When you first turn on the key you should hear the fuel pump run and see the glow plug light on the dash. When its cold in my area I cycle the key on and off 2 or 3 times to get the glow plugs heated up good before cranking. I have an 04 which has a shorter glow plug timer so have to cycle it. Your 07 has a longer cycle timer.
Just for your info, I had to replace my glow plugs after 2 years. One was shorted, one was open, leaving only one working which did not allow it to start.

If when you crank the motor over for a while and you start to see white smoke and it doesn't fire chances are the glow plugs are bad or even the timer.
Make sure the orange light is coming on if not then look at the timer first.

THANKS FOR THE REPLYS, BUT SHE STILL WON'T START, REPLACED THE FUEL AND USED SOME ADDITIVE, STILL CRANKS BUT WON'T START UP,
ANY OTHER IDEAS, MAYBE STEP BY STEP STARTING PROCEDURE, I MUST BE DOING SOMETHING WRONG HERE...GLOW PLUG LIGHTS AS IT SHOULD,
I AM STUMPED AND GETTING DISCOURAGED ...

Since no one has mentioned the obvious, have you checked the position of both PTO levers? Both must be fully disengaged. Is your Lo, Medium, High, range selector in full neutral position? If not, it'll never start.

Edit: I just realized your engine would not even turn over without the above saftey devices in place. I hope you find the answer soon.

If you loosen an injector line at the cylinder head and crank it, do you get a little fuel out? If so, then smell the fuel and make sure it is not gasoline. Also make sure it is not water or mixed with water. It happens more often than you would think. If you have good fuel, then glowplugs would need to be checked. If both are good it will start. If you don't know how to test the glowplug, give your dealer a jingle. No-start situations are easy to solve if you have experience, but frustrating if you don't. Keep us informed.

Dave is heading you down the right direction he, but I would try one thing different first. On the right side loosen the bolt that attaches the fuel lines to the side of the fuel injection pump, turn the key to the on position and you should hear the fuel pump ticking. When fuel comes out at your loosened fitting tighten the bolt and try to start the tractor. You could also check the fuel for gasoline or water at this point. If that doesn't work, move on to Dave's suggestion to see if you are getting fuel at the injectors, and then on to the glow plugs. If your fuel system has lost its prime, loosening the fuel line process will reprime the system. Good luck and let us know.

Just because the glow plug light comes on does bot mean the glow plugs are actually working. Pull the plugs and test them. Simple way... attach a lead from + post to plug terminal. Ground the plug body to the negative post. The tip should turn red in a few seconds. Then you know for sure. OK you could use a meter but that's boring.
