The hydraulic lift lever is very hard to operate and feels spongy on top and bottom of travel. Also, the lift arms will move up and down but have a very short travel distance. Any information or suggestions will be appreciated.

My mom had a similar issue with her Mahindra 2015. Wound up being a restriction in the lift lever. If you take the seat off and work the lever, you can follow the linkages to see where it's getting pinched or restricted. My brother and I were able to get it unstuck and now it has full range of lift.

All you should need to do is lubricate the linkage. I had the same situation. Shining a strong light on the linkage makes it possible to see all hinges.
