First time poster here, but I have a Mahindra 2540. I know that it can have a backhoe hooked up to it and had the option for rear hydrualics, but mine does not. I cannot find any data on parts or what would be needed to make this happen as I would like to add hydraulics to the rear of the machine. Any advice would be great appreciated. Thanks

I think the 2540 is very similar to the 2538. Here is a page from 2538 shop manual showing the optional remotes. Mahindra calls them the first and second remotes, from what I understand you have to get the first one before the second one and the second one has the detent. Another idea is to intercept the hose where it comes in to part #4, reroute that to a set of spool valves and bring the power beyond into part #4. Then set up the spool valves however you require.
