Harry, problem solved!!! After all this, it was the hub being to long on the drive clutch disk, .2 of an inch. Took it to my buddies shop, he machined it off and put it back together and it released. Due to Mahindra not supporting this tractor(2525) anymore, my only option was to order disc's from china that were for the Lenar 254, Mahindra bought Lenar in the early 2000s, changed a couple things on the 254 and rebranded it the 2525 for USA market. Learned a lot about this tractor over the past year. Thank you for your time in helping try and resolve this issue. In all honesty, I'm not not a clutch rebuilder. I have no idea what fixtures or adjustment criteria is involved with initial setup on your particular clutch. In fact, I don't even know what it looks like. I rely on new and reman clutch assemblies to be correctly adjusted when they come out of the box. That's part of what you pay for. I do take measurements before rolling the halves together to make sure the release levers and throw out bearings are both close to the same distance from the tractor split surfaces with room for adjustment in both directions, with more on the side required for future adjustment. That usually works for me.
At this point I'm still wondering why you chose the route you took in just replacing discs. As for putting the old discs back in, I can't see any point in doing that.
