Mahindra 2415HST with ML105 Loader snapped Joystick

Hi,
I have a Mahindra 2415HST with ML105 Loader and I've been having some hydraulic issues. Essentially what is happening is that lowing the bucket, and tilting down takes suddenly takes a tremendous amount of force on the joystick - never used to be that way. In fact yesterday I actually broke the joystick control. So I have a couple of problems:

1) I welded the joy stick and its working, but I would like to replace it but can't seem to find the part - on the Mahindra parts site the entire hydraulic control shows up as one part number
2) Any thoughts on what could be causing the hydraulic issue. Fluid is full, nothing else I can think of that changed.
3) If I have to replace the entire control, any idea what my options are? Mahindra part number KMW05806204 is crazy expensive if I can even get it where I am in Canada. I have to believe that it's actually a third party that Mahindra used? Anyone know of options to replace it?

Not sure but think you have the same valve I have on my loader. It’s made by Cross. Here’s a link to the company. Hydraulic Directional Control Valves Model DV | Cross

You have to download the spec sheet to get the detailed model number. when I go out to the garage later I’ll get you the specifics on my valve.

dvleemin, I had the same problem with my TYM, only it was the curl/dump circuit. You will need to replace the complete loader control valve. From Mahindra it'll be way expensive. Suggest you determine which manufacture makes your valve and then contact them or find them on the Web and get a replacement through that manufacture. Still will be expensive, but probably not so bad. Good luck.
