Oh...btw
i did the motor change , in my driveway at home . I took out the old engine on a Friday night took maybe a little over an hour , and had the new one in and running just before 8 Saturday morning , good morning neighbors. .!.!.
the hardest part was the engine coupler , I have the universal style like on a truck drive shaft. Thanks to some oil and a 6' digging bar I was able to pop it off the old engine with out having to remove the hydraulic pump..
now..getting it on the new engine is a different story ..
if you don't have the exhaust on you have just enough room to set the new engine in sort of sideways , this give you room to get one hand in there to line up the coupler on the shafts .then gently straighten out the engine and tighten the grub screw , and your done .bolt the engine down , fill with oil , the electric hook up was easy , and turn the engine over to see if you have any wobble in the coupler....BUT.... I would remove the two plastic caps in the exhaust ports first...or they shoot across your driveway into the garage with a loud bang ..
oops..lol..
I do have some pics and I'm trying to figure out how to put them here from my phone .?!?
