I've got my tractor out at my off-grid property doing some land clearing and I have managed to rip off the hydraulic filter and yesterday i pulled the fuel line off the tank...so today I made a skid plate out of wood. I don't have any metal working tools here and I figure the plywood I used should hold up long enough to get through this job. I thought it turned out pretty good considering my limited power and tools I have here.

That may last quite a while. Good job!

So far so good. I think I will easily finish this rough job with it and probably a whole lot of other easier work too. It was well worth the $42 dollars in materials!
