Any thoughts on the proper way to fill/check the fluid level(s) in the front axle? There are plugs on the center housing, a fill port and a smaller (level plug I assume) just below that. There are also plugs on each of the front axle cases. These ports are quite high on the cases and seem to me that a fluid level in that high in each axle case would be too high. The parts book shows seals on each differential shaft, which evidently separates the fluid in three compartments. Center housing and two axle housings. Am I wrong in this assessment?
