Sometimes I don't grease as much as I should be never had a pin seize up while I owned something, always comes from buying used and having to fix.
Similar thing with my CAT 955L, had to replace the bushings and pins from the guy would had it, didn't take care of it
Totally gone
After grinding, installing new bushings and using 3 inch (if I remember correctly) bar to keep center, reduce slag and keep straight
Finished and welded in place
