M9540 power steering getting tight

Yesterday I was hauling hay and by the end of the day the steering was beginning to get hard to turn any suggestion on what to check. Hyd oil was a little low added some but still hard to turn.

There is nothing other then the hydraulic system if proper lube has been given to the steering components.
