2002 M6800 open station 2100 hrs 4x4, fel, forks, tiller, brush hog and 8ft power rake, for 23,500.00
2006 M7040 open station 1200 hrs 4x4, fel looks in great condition needs nothing 26,500.00

the m7040 is mint cond.
the 6800 good cond. could use tires

I'm thinking the 6800 because of all the attachments. what do u guys think?

either tractor sounds real good.but your right the 6800 has equipment with it.an that gives you more bang for the buck.

If the tires are in need of replacing on the 6800 you may want to price them up, they cost a lot more than you might expect. 1200 to 2100 hours is not a lot of difference if both were maintained. All other things being equal, I would tend to the 6800 due mostly to the attachments.

Plus the 6800 is pre-emission regulations.

the 7040 is still teir 3.the 7060 is teir 4 specs.

The 7040 price seems maybe on the high side. At the moment there are 82 M7040's on Tractorhouse. With open station and 1200 hours the average seems 10-15% lower than the ask for this one. There are also quite a few M6800's listed to look at for comparison.
