Did you notice that when the chainsaw is holstered, the blade covers up the round hole in the loader frame which is just large enough for two quart oil cans....one with fuel and the other for oil!
I claim that was the plan, my buddy claims pure luck.

how old is your oil if it still comes in a round can! These plastic containers they make now a day's change so often and they don't seem to fit anywhere!:confused2:

Nice mod. I was just out in the woods today with my much smaller BX25 and MS270 but had to keep putting the saw in and out of the bucket as I needed it or the bucket to move something.

I see your point....I still call them cans, but you can see in the picture that it's a more modern shape. Still, oil is pretty old to start with and I don't imagine that it goes bad in the can.
