M59 hydraulic tube replacement

Anyone know how to remove the flat deck on a M59? I need to replace a hydraulic tube that runs from under the seat, under the flat deck to the right hand side of the motor. I was hoping the flat deck came apart in puzzle pieces but I've taken out every bolt and nothing is moving. There are four monster bolts recessed in the deck. Not sure if those are what break the flat deck loose and/ or if I will be able to lift the whole deck in one piece...

You need to remove 1. ROPS (maybe), 2. rear wheels, 3. rear fenders, 4. floor deck.

This is based on my memory when I installed my cab. In your case I can't remember if the rear ROPS has to come off completely or not in order to remove the fenders, try without removing the ROPS first.

FYI, the fenders will come off without removing the rops. And the four recessed bolts do indeed break loose the flat deck. Unfortunately it does no good. I am 2 days into disassembling the tractor and have determined that the hydraulic tube cannot be removed. It was apparently installed early in the construction of the tractor before any of the top side was added. It seems my only option's are to silver braze the leaking area, or cut out the old tube and have a flexible line manufactured onto the Kubota ends. The tube was not damaged, it appears to be a material defect at one of the bends. I'm going to try braising it first. I will blow the fluid out of the line with nitrogen, send the whole area down to clean metal, flux and start with a 45 to 55% silver braze, and maybe cap the weak area with some 15%. If that doesn't work I guess I will try to find someone who can manufacture a hose onto the Kubota ends from this new tube they sold me....

Is there any way to cut the bad section out and replace with SS tubing using compression fittings?

It would have been a good option except a space constraints eliminated any place I could have put a compression fitting. No place I could have got wrenches on it. I ended up patching it with silver. See the thread "Can you braze a hydraulic line?"

Runs from the pump on the right hand side of the motor, then down under the flat plate, then back up again under the seat to the main valve. Basically 3 ft long and u-shaped. Even with the flat plates loose and all of the clamps removed, I only got about an inch and a half of movement. Took an 18-in socket extension just to remove one of the clamps.
