Hello, have 2004 M4900 4X4 with loader & ultra cab, manual trans, with shuttle. The 4 speed shifter is very hard to operate from 1st & 2nd side to 3rd & 4th side because cable going to lever on top of trans is very hard to move, had to take off floorboard an pry lever to get trans into 3rd & 4th. Lever goes into top of trans, but do not know what it looks like inside. Been hard to shift since new, just kept all linkage lubed an made shifting bearable. Anyone know what to do about this.
