M110x throttle surge?

Hey guys so my m110x has been surging in power for the past week or so. I can actually hear and see the rpms move and it almost sounds and seems like a lack of fuel issue. So yesterday I changed the screw on fuel filter as well as removing and cleaning the water separator. Both of the filters did appear to be pretty dirty but not to unreasonable. Unfortunately the tractor is still surging and now I'm out of ideas. If anyone has any guesses or things to try it would be greatly appreciated

Did you install a new fuel filter? Have you checked for good fuel flow from tank outlet?

Yes I have installed a fuel filter but have not checked the flow out of the tank I will look at that this morning

How has the weather been temperature wise? Could be fuel gelling issues also if cold enough and untreated fuel.

It's been pretty cold but we keep the tractor in a heated barn at night and the trucks stay outside and have no issues
