M & W Round Baler Repair

Does anyone have any experience replacing the elevator chain on a M & W round baler. Any tips would be appreciated. Link broke and several bars are bent. Is it better to replace whole chain or just repair ? Thanks Ken

I have an M&W 4500, after several thousand rolls I have yet to repair any part of the elevator chain. I would just replace the damaged links and bars unless there was a lot of wear on the links,rollers and sprockets. May have to repair it next time I bale hay though, that would be my luck. scrspironford

Thanks I haven't checks on price of new chain but that probably what I willdo.
