LX277 Value?

Just today I ordered a Kubota BX2200. Currently, I have a JD LX277 that just finished its 3rd mowing season. The LX has been a great machine - the only repairs have been a couple of belts that wore out mowing 3 acres 9 months out of the year (south Louisiana). If the LX still has a decent value, I may consider selling it and buying a cheaper riding mower for those few spots the BX2200 won't be able to get into and use the extras cash for some toys to add to the BX 3PH. Does anyone have an idea of the value of a 3 yr old LX277 that is in very good condition (cared for with lots of TLC)?

May be worth about $2000-$2500 if in very good shape. I purchased a "mint" 288LX with 42" mulching deck , < 150 hrs. for $2275 last year.

Thanks Jeepguy. That's about what I figured.
If I can get at least 2k out of it, then I can buy a cheap, smaller replacement for <1k and have 1k left over to put down on a tiller for the BX. Gotta get creative.... the boss is starting to clamp down on the pocketbook!
