Fuel issue. Check gas cap on tank for plugged vent hole, Check fuel filter, hoses for deterioration (dry and hard, cracking), finally fuel pickup in tank may be crapped up. Finally carb dirty (inlet valve, idle jet, main jet emulsion tube) and may need cleaning.
Also check the air box which contains the air filter (may also have and outer filter known as a pre-filter) may be dirty.
