LX 2610 Snowblower

I am wondering what size rear snowblower people are using on a LX2610?

Not on an LX2610 (19.5 HP pto), But I ran a 6' rear blower on my previous L3410 (27hp pto). The 6' blower was a handful on that machine, but doable.
At a minimum get a blower that covers your tracks by a few inches. I would think a 5' blower would be a good choice on your machine.
Larger blowers on lower HP tractors can almost always be used with taking smaller bites and / or slower speeds. Snow type also plays a major factor in blowing ability. Heavy wet snow will bring even large hp tractors to their knees.

I had a 6' on a L3540, but always thought the 5' on my B3030 blew better. I am planning on trying the 5' on a LX2610. A little drop in PTO horse power but hopefully it will work OK.

I had a 64" Frontier (SB1164 I think) on a B2910 30 HP tractor. It was a great combination. And would throw snow 30'+.

I had a Kubota K-64-24-07 on my LX2610 for two winters and used it last winter on my LX3310. It worked well on both tractors but i got tired of looking behind me so i traded it in on a front mount K64-22-7CF which is getting installed possibly this coming week.

Do you see much difference between the LX3310 and the LX2610? The main difference is the horsepower and related emission control. I had a 2005 B3030HSDC but it had been used commercially for residential snowblowing. The salt was having its effect. I am retiring from snowblowing so have sold my B3030 and L3540 and keeping the LX2610 for my own personal use and try to keep it out of the salt. I have an Ecnor (made by Normand) 60" blower and am planning on using it on my LX2610. I thought about upgrading (getting Kubota orange rather than the Ecnor blue) but for what I would have had to pay I kept the Ecnor. Maybe when summer weather comes some paint could make it match the tractor better.

I noticed a huge difference with the extra hp. I can't comment on the blower as it really didn't get much of a workout last winter but I run a Landpride FDR2684 rear finish mower. The 2610 could handle it in low range but the 3310 performed well in medium range. Cuts down a lot of time mowing 10 acres 1-2 times a week.

As for the dpf. No complaints so far and if anything I find the tractor more pleasant to run not smelling the exhaust. If I'm working it I can go 40-60 hours without a regen. Lighter work at lower rpms 15-20 hours.
