LW6 Backhoe hydraulics

This is the first time I'm having to add fluid to the backhoe & I'm not sure about it. Can't reach the dealer/seller. There's a tank under the seat area with a dip stick & filler tube. Is that for hydraulic fluid or regular oil? There's a screen filter fitted in the filler tube, so it seems like hydraulic fluid would be much too thick to flow through that. Hoping someone out there knows this bh. Thanks!

I assume it has it's own PTO pump? Then I am 99.9& sure it's the reservoir for hydraulic oil. There is no need to have regular oil on-board a backhoe.
