Welcome. It looks like it came apart before he took it apart. I believe the loop part is flipped. Compare to the other side. But what has to happen is the nut taken off, the trunnion slipped off and hooked into the front hole of the black arm. Then that gets reassembled. There then is a simple clevis pin and clip that goes through the deck bracket and the black arm.
