LT 1042:Cub belt problems

Replaced both idler pulleys, bought new belt in about 1 hour of mowing belt came off again as before I replaced pulleys. This has been happening a lot and costing money. Can anyone give advice on what needs to be fixed.

Are you sure you have them routed properly? Sometimes they will go on two different ways.
Are your spindles OK, sometimes they still turn but the bearings are bad.
