LS s3010 starter fuse

My tractor keeps blowing the starter fuse. The wires connecting to the fuse get hot when attempting to start the tractor and then the fuse blows.

These overheating wire situations are usually the result of a corroded connection, of the battery cable to the starter through the bstart relay and/or solenoid or a dirty ground connection of the battery negative cable to the engine or frame. Sometimes the mating surfaces of the starter and engine block get corroded and in doing so add resistance to the starter's needed ground.
