I like a combination of grab hooks and a tow hook for a 4x4 truck. The Tow hook is more friendly with wire cable loops and a necessity for nylon recovery and other ropes. depending on how solid the top of your bucket is, you might want to reinforce it as well.

I got my weld on hooks on ebay. I just searched for weld on hooks and there they were. I found ones with free shipping also.

My LS dealer sells the weld-on grab hooks. I put a large slide hook in the middle, and the grab hooks at the corner. It works great to throw a chain over the slide hook and pull up the slack and lock it down in one of the grab hooks. I have posted pics of it before (see below).
