LS G3033H Seat

Wanted to see if anyone has modified or changed the stock seat that comes on the G3033H. Stock on is not too comfortable and would like to replace it, but can't find any suspension seats as a replacement. Anyone change theirs out for something with something else?

For a fairly cheap spring suspension seat check Tractor Supply.
I bought one years ago for another tractor to replace the fixed factory seat. Made a world of difference. Cost was around $100 or so.

Sounds like a plan..... I see that they have one with arms and Northern Tools has on without the arms. Got to be a little better than the stock one. Thanks for the reply.

I replaced mine with a Grammer suspension seat from Seat Warehouse. The cost was about $150, it was a major improvement. It was pretty easy to install, because of the tightness of the seating area, I wanted to make sure the new seat did not touch or impede the control levers on the sides. The other thing to watch is that it doesn't elevate the seat too much, changing the ergonomics in a negative way.
I wouldn't say it was as good as a more expensive seat, but it doesn't bottom out like the factory seat did. Don't find myself flinching on rough turf anymore.

Yes. Dealer has a retrofit kit for the 3033/3038. I did it. Well worth it. About $150 for the kit. The new seat base was too large for the 4wd lever and rear remote lever so I had to get a new knob for the 4wd lever make some mods to the other lever to make it work. Seems LS would have known that but whatever.
