LS cab air vent direction outlets

i was down on my cousin's vineyard and doing a few maintenance jobs on his LS M TRON 80 tractor i was trying to replace the air vent outlets above the drivers position but have not been able to secure them. Can anyone advise how to do this fiddly little job please
